Great! If you’re tech-savvy and enjoy problem-solving, why not explore opportunities in our IT hub?

they’re also our most valued internal customers. If you’re fluent in multiple foreign languages and possess a strong “pro-customer” mindset, launching your journey as a member of this team could be the perfect fit!

Do you have an interest in transport operations?

In this department you can help in planning, scheduling, coordination of loads for all modes of transportation, optimization and freight settlement for multiple sites across the Arla network.

No, this department is not about hiring and firing...

The recruitment process starts around April and concludes at the end of May. Follow our social media channels to be the first to know when exactly it starts. Then, selected candidates are requested to record their responses to a few questions – this helps us to evaluate the competencies we are looking for.
The next and final stage involves an interview with both the team leader
and the recruiter. If you complete the recruitment process successfully,
we would be delighted to welcome you to Arla in July!

“When I joined Arla I was really surprised with energy and overall happiness of the people. It was total opposite to the environments I was working before (shops, gastro etc.) I really enjoy working here, because you can’t feel diversity based on hierarchy, as you can speak to anyone just using their name and everyone is extremely helpful.”

Jakub,
Arla Intern

My internship in Arla was a career-defining experience that equipped me with skills, values, and a deep appreciation for the company’s culture. I’m excited about my future here, contributing to Arla Foods’ success.”

Aneta,
Arla Intern

I started my first work day in Arla as a trainee for HR Operations. I was expecting that people were going to be helpful and very friendly, but I was not expecting it to be on such level, where it almost felt like a family. The spirit in the office and within the teams is so unique, and it is definitely something to experience.”

Ivan,
Arla Intern

„ The Internship allowed me to gain a huge amount of knowledge in a short period of time. I have learned how to collaborate with team members better and learned more about Lean methodology. It was also great opportunity to excel my English skills.”

Aleksandra,
Arla Intern

Internship by the sea? A unique work-life option

all year round

Standard internships

Forget waiting for summer to come - you can apply for standard internship whenever you want - if recruitments are open. This option is designed to provide you with required knowledge, training and exposure to various aspects of the company’s operations. All you need to do is explore new vacancies throughout the year and apply for the one of your choosing.

Where’s the gain?

Dancing with Your eyes closed

New people, new friends, the seaside – plenty of opportunities to hang out. Twice a year, the entire company unites for a summer and a winter party. These gatherings give you an opportunity to meet face-to-face with colleagues from the whole company and…we really like to party.

Upskilling on a real project

You will be onboarded to a real project and perform meaningful tasks. Forget about brewing coffee. Your creativity and perspective will be important for any project. You’ll learn from your colleagues and from your own mistakes. Additional training and activities will consolidate your new skills and your curiosity will take you far.

Breathing in Scandinavian culture

It’s a mixture of a certain communication style, great people and the nature of the work matched with work-life balance and mutual respect. Starting with a hybrid work model in which we work some days from the office and other days from home – that flexibility works for us. Join team activities related to health, sports and well-being. Yoga with a view from the 13th floor? Sign up. Scandinavians don’t rush, you know.
