Here are 5 facts about the Scandinavian work culture and Arla can definitely relate to all of them!
Arla, as a food company, handled the crisis very well, with even gains in some areas. The pandemic also did not stop our plans for the development of the Shared Services Center in Gdańsk in the area of IT or finance, in which new teams were created, and thus opportunities for professional development for our employees.
Arla is the Danish company, so we feel very close to the Scandinavian culture of work and mindset. Among ourselves – we have been new joiners as well.
