Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and retaining new talents to our organization - matching them with company's culture and business requirements. The main tasks of the team include: searching for candidates, building candidate experience in recruitment process, overall communication that goes along with recruitment process with candidates and managers in Arla GSS.
In HR Payroll we are responsible not only for salary payment but a lot of activities related to Employees within their life cycle in the company. It refers for both entities – Arla GSS in Gdańsk and Arla Foods S.A. in Tychowo/Warsaw. We focus on high customer service standards, high level of payroll accuracy and brought law regulations knowledge based on experience on team members.
Team is responsible for driving Financial Compliance and Information Security across Arla locations worldwide.
RCC objective is to identify problems, solve them and prevent recurrence in the future, all while documenting things thoroughly and accurately.
GSS Development Team aims to drive further development of Arla Gdansk. We do it by supporting existing GSS functions and encouraging new who will bring their work to Gdansk in the future. The team consists of 11 persons with different roles.
